原則上是這樣沒錯喔，購買完成後只會得到序號，再把序號給需要使用的 Apple ID 兌換即可 (所以網路上有一些在揪團一起買的，不過大多數都是想要 Final Cut Pro)

小蛙買這個方案的時候沒有被要求上傳學生證！不確定現在是抽檢還是一定要上傳，前陣子用蛙姐的身份買 ipad （教育方案）是有要求要上傳教職員證或是學生證～

第一點，如果有信任且不怕麻煩的學生友人，請對方下單是一定沒有問題的！
小蛙是用自己的 Apple ID，運送地址寫學生友人地址，供被查驗的時候用
第二點，如同您說的，序號跟當初購買者沒有任何關係，序號給任何 Apple ID 兌換（一次）
像小蛙買這個 Bundle 但是把 Logic Pro X 給朋友，這樣～
